1. Private Client – INNER LONDON GROUP - Refurbishment

   67 Bedroom Hotel in Leytonstone London E10

   This was a 2 year project with a contract sum of £2,000,000,000.

   We were the main contractors on site

   The works consisted of full demolition except for the four exterior walls, we added an extra floor making it 3 levels, a roof and court yard garden.

2. Housing Association – EAST THAMES - Refurbishment

   3 Bedroom Terraced House in Forest Gate London E7

   This was an 30 week project with a contract sum of £120,000.00

   We were the main contractors on site

   The works consisted of full demolition except for the four exterior walls as the property had been vacant for 20 years due to a fire, we re-built the floors, roof and added an extension on the rear of the property.

   Projects ranging from 2 weeks to 13 weeks with contract sums between £5,000.00 and £200,000.00

   We have carried out many projects for these schools ranging from decoration, electrical, mechanical, flooring, extensions WC refurbishments playground works and general refurbishment works.

4. Private Clients – EXTENSIONS / LOFT CONVERSIONS ETC

   Areas – Buckhurst Hill Essex, Barkingside Ilford Essex, Redbridge Ilford Essex, East Ham London, Loughton Essex, Woodford Essex, Dagenham Essex, Romford Essex.

   Projects ranging from 6 weeks to 24 weeks with contract sums between £15,000.00 to £300,000.00

5. Housing Association – LONDON & QUADRANT

   NEW BUILD – 6 flats Earlham Grove, Forest Gate E7

   This is a 38 week project with a contract sum of £510,000.00

   We were the main Contractors

   The works consisted of demolition and complete new build of 6 number 1 bedroom flats with garden and parking facilities.

6. Private Client – TIMBER FRAMED NEW BUILD TWO FOUR BEDROOM HOUSES

   This was a 25 week project with a contract sum of £266,000.00

   We were the main Contractors

   The work consisted of the construction of 2 new build homes in the Beckton area consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC, Kitchen, Living room, garden and parking bay
